- Green Offices: We've set up our offices in the Arteparc of Meylan in the Grenoble area, in a complex built in 2022 that incorporates the latest construction and energy consumption technologies. Our offices are surrounded by green spaces and a garden. We’ve also partnered with Elise for a waste recycling initiative.
- Community Support Program: Our company regularly partners with local organizations. We donate 2% of our revenue. In 2023 and 2024, our focus has been on supporting associations that work with disabilities.
- Professional Development and Training as Core Values: It is every company’s duty to enhance the skills and knowledge of its employees, fostering personal growth and more effective contributions to the company. This also boosts motivation, engagement, and talent retention within the organization. Training needs are addressed annually during performance reviews and more specifically every two years during professional development interviews. The goal is to meet the needs of the company and its clients while enhancing our employees' employability.
- Attractive Compensation Policy: Beyond the annual review of fixed salaries for each employee, we have implemented other forms of collective compensation, such as profit-sharing, intercompany savings plans (PEI), retirement savings plans (PERCOI), and a 300% contribution match.
