You can now define your payment profiles criteria and visualize in My DSO Manager which category each customer belongs to:
- the payment profile is instantly displayed next to the customer's name:
- find this information in customer sheets, reports and collection agenda:
- create your payment profile types yourself in the Settings based on the average payment delay (calculated by the software)
- use this information to assign the appropriate collection scenarios or organize your recovery agenda
- use the payment profile as one of the criteria to perform customers risk analysis
- share this information with sales people to make them aware of their customers' payment behavior
