Interactive pages: find all internal and external comments in My DSO Manager!

Following the latest development concerning interactive emails, which make it possible to streamline the collection of your Trade Receivable, My DSO Manager is evolving again in order to significantly reduce the number of emails exchanged and to gain in efficiency.

Now all feedback, whether from customers or internal colleagues, appears in the Collection agenda, "Pending comments" tab so that they can be processed by the Credit Manager or the Collector.

Previously, only your customers' responses were present here and internal comments (for example from sales representatives for dispute / deduction resolution) were automatically validated. This is no longer the case. It is now necessary to process all returns for optimal follow-up.

Collection Agenda

The email notification that was sent to the Collector for each response is deleted by default. However, if you prefer to keep this email notification, simply request it from our support & onboarding team, who also remains at your disposal for any questions.

This development corresponds to the desire for greater integration of exchanges between users directly in My DSO Manager without necessarily generating emails in order to be in the logic of reducing the number of emails and increasing efficiency.
