Discover the major evolution of interactive e-mails!

Interactive e-mails are a flagship feature of digital collection in My DSO Manager. They streamline and simplify exchanges with your customers, they provide them with an effective additional service, and allows their accounts payable team to access exhaustive and up-to-date information:

  • Account statement exportable to Excel
  • PDF of invoices
  • Status of documents and associated comments
  • Etc.
It also allows them to interact with their collector in order to declare a dispute, a promise of payment or to resolve an issue.

interactive emails thus have multiple advantages: significant improvement communication with your customers, without you having to do anything, improvement of the credibility of your company, the effectiveness of your collection actions and customer satisfaction.

What new features have been introduced?


This development enriches and completes the interactive reminder workflow.

  1. Inside the interactive page (the portal your customers can access):
    • Added a search allowing your customer to filter the statement of account by multiple criteria. This allows, for accounts with a high volume of documents, your client to zoom in on certain invoices corresponding to a period, a specific status, etc.

    • After having selected some accounting documents to make a comment, your customer can easily indicate the status of each item by selecting one of the three available buttons: promise to pay with the expected payment date, processing or disputed. This items prequalification will be automatically taken into account by My DSO Manager when processing this response.

    • Your customer also has the possibility to attach documents which will be recorded on the platform: proof of payment, dispute (photo of a broken delivered pallet, contract specifying a discount not applied, etc. .).

    • A new tab has been added to the collection agenda, including pending comments received via the interactive pages. In this tab you will find in addition to your customers' responses, feedbacks from interactive internal e-mails, that is to say from your company's employees (sales reps, customer care, etc.) concerning disputes and other requests.

    • By clicking on a return, a new page opens allowing you to process this flow:

    • Find the details of the information communicated with the possibility to:
      • Validate the comment and the attached documents, and qualify the items.
      • Validate the comments without qualifying the items.
      • Delete the comment in case the information is not relevant.

    • Pending comments are also visible on each customer file

    • Then follow-up the standard items qualification process, with the type of status pre-populated, until the next action is defined. Note that the next evolution will automatically propose, thanks to our generative AI, a status, a summary of the situation of the item, and the most relevant action to carry out.

This evolution of an important functionality of My DSO Manager is available now for all of users, with no additional cost. All you need to do is activate interactive e-mails for each of your customers.

This can be done at the customer file level, in bulk after a customer search, or dynamically via our IA Search & Assign .

The interactive page also allows your customers; if you wanted to activate a connection with your payment solution; to pay online, by transfer, direct debit, credit card, etc.
