When you create a
specific action, you tell
My DSO Manager that the
collection scenario does not apply for the selected items, and that you want to use your own specific, manual scenario.
Use
several times your
specific action, especially those by email, by clicking on the blue "
Send Email" button without ending the action:
Reschedule then the action at a later date by editing it in clicking on the pencil, to
gain efficiency and
avoid creating a new one as long as the situation remains the same:
Do not complete the
specific action until the reason you created it is resolved.
In the case of a
disputed invoice, completing the
specific action automatically changes the item
status to
« dispute resolved ». The item then become « collectable » and re-enter the
collection scenario.
